Yes, all our accommodations have a WIFI network connection that you can use for free.

In general, pets are not allowed. If you want to bring your pet, we can always see if an exception can be made in consultation with the owner.

All villas are very luxuriously equipped when it comes to furniture, linen and kitchenware. It is also indicated per villa which other facilities are available. If something is missing that you would like to have during your stay, please contact us!

Yes, for stays longer than 7 days, a mandatory intermediate cleaning is included.

Almost all accommodations have European sockets (220V). This is also indicated on the page for each accommodation.

Yes, you will always be warmly welcomed by the propertymanager, with a welcome drink at hand. They immediately show you where everything can be found in the house, and take the meter readings. When you have arrived at the airport, you can send them a message or call them, they will know what time you will arrive and they will make sure they are there.

That’s the property manager.  When there is something, you can contact him/her. They are always available and quickly on site.

The price you see online is the basic rental price per night, this is excluding 7% tourist tax. In addition, there are cleaning costs, deposit and reservation costs, and any extra options that you have reserved. The prices for the deposit, cleaning and extra options differ per accommodation, the reservation costs are always €30.

We aim to refund the deposit within 2 weeks after the end of your stay. Any additional consumption of electricity & water will be deducted from the deposit.

You will receive an invoice from WeTravel, after which the amount can be transferred to the bank account stated on the invoice. This can be done in euros or dollars. It is also possible to pay by credit card. Additional costs may apply

If the booking form has been completed, the first 25% must be paid within 7 days. The remainder must be paid a maximum of 8 weeks before the start of the trip. For last-minute bookings (less than 8 weeks in advance), the entire rent must be paid in one go.

If payment is not made on time, the booking may be canceled and cancellation costs will be charged. See the general terms and conditions for this.

Once the booking form has been completed, the booking from the applicant is final. All that is needed now is an agreement from the owner of the villa.

• If you want to book a villa or apartment, you can send a booking request via the website, e-mail or whatsapp.
• We will then send you a price proposal/quotation within 24 hours.
• When you agree to this, we will place an option in the calendar for you, which is valid for 48 hours.
• After giving your agreement, we will send you a booking form. After completing this form, your booking is final.
