On entering the entrance of our villa you immediately feel the warm, inviting atmosphere. With a perfect blend of modern design and Caribbean charm, you’ll feel at home right away. The spacious living room and open kitchen form the heart of the villa and offer spectacular views over the Spanish Water.

The living room is a place for relaxation and coziness, where comfortable furniture invites you to lovely lounging.
The open kitchen is fully furnished with modern appliances. The view on the Spanish Water makes cooking a true delight.

What makes this villa comfortable is an abundance of shutters equipped in every space. These traditional Caribbean shutters let the cooling breeze blow through the house, always enjoying a pleasant temperature and a wonderfully fresh atmosphere.

Outdoor & Pool
Discover the Caribbean outdoors on the two spectacular terraces that directly border the villa’s living room & kitchen. Both terraces have been carefully designed to provide the ultimate in comfort and luxury.

The first terrace is an extension of the kitchen and provides the idyllic setting for a delicious dinner. With vistas over the former plantations of Brakkeput, you will be surrounded by pure beauty while enjoying breakfast, lunch or dinner alfresco.

The second terrace is a where paradise for lovers of swimming and relaxation. Located next to the Balinese-style pool, this terrace offers a breathtaking view over the Spanish Water.

Bedrooms
The villa provides space for up to 8 guests and counts 4 bedrooms. Each room is decorated with care and ensures a serene and luxurious ambiance. Open the shutters and enjoy the Caribbean breeze through your bedroom, or make use of the air conditioning provided in every bedroom.

The master bedroom is a combination of luxury and comfort, complete with a private en-suite bathroom and all the amenities you need for a perfect night’s sleep. This bedroom has French doors that open out directly to the pool, giving you a unique connection to the outdoor area. The bathroom has all the comforts and offers a double sink and a nice rain shower.

The villa has three more bedrooms which offer views over the Spanish water. Enjoy your first cup of coffee from bed while you watch the fishermen leave or watch the kids learn to sail. These spacious rooms are equipped with convenient fitted wardrobes and share a modern and stylish bathroom which is equipped with a double sink and all other comforts. Two bedrooms enjoy French doors that make it feel like inside.

It is a quiet neighborhood with many larger homes. From some places in the district you have a view of the Spanish Water and Table Mountain.
